Hi,
When building the "libpng" Debian source package, files in the binary
packages libpng2 and libpng2-dev get wrong ownership, making the packages
unusable for Debian.
I don't know where the bug is, but it looks to be reproducible building
this (and probably others, like dpkg) package.
