OK, picture: webkitgtk has propagated-input libsoup
libsoup has native-input php
The libsoup builds fine, but one of its tests (performed by php) fails.
So webkitgtk is unavailable on aarch64.

the same problem happened to me right now, but it is not related to any
versions or updates in Guix. In fact, I just did an aggressive "guix gc",
which removed the referenced exo version from the store. The path is
actually stored in my
$HOME/.config/xfce4/panel/launcher-19/15993349933.d

gst-plugins-good needs jack2. Sites like YouTube need gst-plugins-good.
Some people think they need the video in Web-browsers (lol, mpv rules).
guix 81ea278 is still has no jack2, it's all i know about.
