The build is broken because qpdf in Guix is too old (inferring this from
https://github.com/pikepdf/pikepdf/issues/497#issuecomment-1646312997)
Therefore a qpdf upgrade would be required, which would involve a patch
to core-updates.
For inspiration, here is Arch Linux's pkgbuild for libgoa, which is
split from gnome-online-accounts:
https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/gnome-online-accounts/-/blob/main/PKGBUILD
I updated recoll to the latest version and added the recollq binary in
#62971. Can you see if that works?
Is this bug fixed yet?
If not, seeing that this issue was motivated by an illegal instruction,
we can use compile flags to disable SSE and other platform-dependent
optimizations and investigate further.
WDYT?

Would it be possible to patch the wrapper before the Guix 1.4.0 release,
or at least document somewhere that qt wayland is blocked by this bug?
We have guix-simplyblack-sddm-theme packaged, we can make sddm use this
theme by default.

(.secrets-real:8886): Gtk-WARNING **: 01:35:46.681: GtkText - did not
receive a focus-out event.
If you handle this event, you must return
GDK_EVENT_PROPAGATE so the default handler
gets the event as well

My bad, I mistook totem for celluloid.
Is it possible to get celluloid working on a different desktop
environment/compositor?

Update to latest version is not possible right now, the dependencies in Guix
are too old (pango, gtk4, etc).
