Hi Zimon,
I have no access to the laptop with this issue anymore. My current
laptop works fine with actual GNU GUIX distribution.
Currently it impossible to extract additional info and bug can be
closed.

I added "-lstdc++" to rust standard lib to overcome issue. Which solution is
better:
1. change link flags for rust standard library, or
2. create rust-specific jemalloc as suggested in #29522?
