I can check, and, wouldn't you know it, that folder is owned by root!
bstituter bug, and it went swimmingly --- many
binaries were substituted until this one happened. As is expected, when I
reran the install, it errored right away on this one. I thus reproduced the
more concise output.

Hello Ashish! I had this problem too. The easiest fix is to install the
guile2 package from the AUR.

My ideal project result would be a bootable distro that I can configure and
interact with in Guile Scheme. If it had a wm, that'd be the icing on the
cake (as wms always are! :P). Thoughts?
