Currently aspell depends on Perl only because of its aspell-import
script.
Could we move this script to a separate output (which name?) to halve
the closure size?

If you got a 4G ram like mine, try allocating a swap around 10-15GB, though in
proper settings of the compiling task, it is unlikely to hit the 10 GB ceiling.
(And it may vary depending on different machines)
I got the same error, solved by using a swap partition.
