Okay, so progress has been made. I ran the tool with the ./ prefix, as $
./gnulib-tool --help. I get the following error:
./gnulib-tool: line 18: $'\r' : command not found
This error repeats several times with d
I am still not sure where to use gnulib-tool. Am I to run it from
a command prompt, or as a flag in the compiler, or what? Thanks for your

I hope this isn't a stupid question, but I need some assistance. I am
trying to download the gnulib code to use with CodeBlocks/cygwin. I ran the
command:
git clone git://git.savannah.gnu.org/gnulib.git
I now have a directory with the following folders: hooks, info, objects,
refs
