While at it, I wonder if the following two upload targets in gnupload
are still valid:
savannah.gnu.org:DIRECTORY
savannah.nongnu.org:DIRECTORY
First, both of them cause anonymous ftp uploads whereas neither host
listens on ftp port. Secondly, the savannah.nongnu.org docs [1]
