[bug-gettext] Build with --with-libxml2-prefix= fails

Hello, I'm trying to build gettext through spack (http://spack.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html) and get an error while building gettext. Spack first builds xml2 and then uses it to build gettext with : '/data_local/appli_local/MTS/dev-tools/spack/var/spack/stage/gettext-0.19.8.1-ufg75pgwwvdi
