Support for R_X86_64_PLTOFF64 seems to have only been added in October 2021 to
LLD, so these object files can only be linked with LLD built from the
not-yet-released LLVM 14 branch.

yes, didn't find out yet why it's missing. Obviously it builds again with glibc
2.35 and the merged libc/libdl.
