The patch works. And the command I compile binutils is
configure --disable-shared LIBS=-ldl LDFLAGS=-ldl --disable-64-bit-bfd
CFLAGS="-g -O0 -fsanitize=address" CXXFLAGS="-g -O0 -fsanitize=address"
make all-bi
