As far as I am aware, the problems were unrelated to )DUMP, )SAVE, )LOAD,
)COPY. In other words, the combination used is irrelevant. I could be
wrong.

I use )DUMP / )LOAD instead of )SAVE / )LOAD.
)SAVE stores the WS in xml format.
