Hi, you have to type in the bootpromt install brltty= your brailletype for example pm for papenmeier, the comport ttySxxx xxx means 0 1 2 3 etc, then the text table for Germany de: example: install brltty=pm,ttyS0,de please node. the egnlish keybord must be used for typing this on boot prompt.
