Hi!
There is a guideline about startup on the brltty page.
You could for example read the section about making brltty start the init file.
I've just done that and it seems to work now for me finally.

I don't know why i didn't tried this out before but now i've solved the startup
problem.
What i did was to use the example in the brltty guidelines where you can run
the configure script with init path.
Now i feel like very stupid.
