[BRLTTY] Command line not working.

Hi! Any ideas on what this can be caused by? I try to go into the command prompt by typin cmd in the run dialog box. I can't see anything. For some reason it only works when having nvda or window eyes started. /A ___ This message was sent via the BRLTTY
