Hi!
Can brltty be set in any kind of sleep mode.
It seems that when i am running window eyes the braille does not work.
Even if i have set the correct braille display and port.
So i guess it must deppend on the brltty.

Not really, as far as I know, but you can run "sudo service brltty stop" or
"sudo killall brltty", or the equivalent, to shut it down.

Now I tried to solve it by calling brlapi_acceptKeys()
or brlapi_acceptAllKeys(),

Yes. It does so automatically by default on windows, when it has
nothing to display. That means when it's out of any console window and
NVDA is shut down.

THis is strange.
When brltty was sleeping i started window eyes but it wont work unless
i uninstall brltty.

How did you notice whether brltty was sleeping?
Just to make sure: you didn't change anything related to release-device
in brltty.conf, rig
