I can't find Drivers/Braille/XWindow/README. Is it online or local? I have
installed the precompiled brltty-win-4.2-1.exe, maybe it is not contained

It's in brly's sources which you can get either as a compressed archive
or as a subversion repository.

No no that's not the thing to do. That's a real braille driver and the
model parameter you have to give to the xwindow dri
