Here's my initial list of changes to be publicized for 3.10. Is anything
missing? Are there any things which aren't done but which should still make it
in?
The Core and drivers (excluding text tables) are now Unicode-based.
The DESCCHAR function now shows (if possible) the character's name.

Please give the latest revision a thorough testing so that we can be reasonably
sure that 3.10 will be as stable and bug free as possible. If I don't hear of
any problems for a couple of weeks then I'll go ahead and release it. Thanks.

It'd be probably good to mention that tbltest now has an editing
facility, and also that the Python bindings have better error handling
facilities.

It seems to me that the installation of the Caml bindings has also been
fixed after 3.9 was released.

Perhaps you could mention that if the cursor is on a word and you're in
grade 2, the word comes out in grade 1 instead of computer braille.
