Just like in linux text consoles.
That said, maybe libusb-win32 is a bit buggy (there have been other
failure reports), and you could try an earlier version.

I think brltty 3.8 is stable enough to view it as production. If someone
has a different opinion, he/she should make it clear within a few days.
I didn't face any difficaulties with the software.
