You will need to run a patched version of the screen program. You can find the
patch in the Patches directory of the brltty distribution.

You made my day. I work with children with a visual impairment. From now it is
possible to use the raspberry pi with brltty and a refreshable brailledisplay
to learn Braille in de early stages of their life.
