as you know, there will be a Hackfest in Munich from September 2nd to 4th.
We have the offer from a service provider that they sponsor one round of
food and beverages for all attendees, roughly about 250 €. In return,
they would like to be mentioned somewhere.

elections.
According to our bylaws we have only one fixed period to consider: we
need to announce the elections 45 days in advance. But I think, we need
to have some more milestones in the process.
