i have the same problem. i am from czech republic and i have czech language
selected, but steam is italiano. :)

Well, I have steam installed, but there is one small problem. It is in
Chinese, and I am sure I selected English when installing. At least, that is
what the screen reader told me was selected.
Any suggestions?
