No I only have one sound card installed on my computer.
all the rest of the sounds and voices come through the speakers just fine
except for the one it is a little lower than usual.

So it sounds like it is an XP issue. I don't think this error is
significant because the web page seems to load normally. I was just curious
what it meant. And I have no idea what a "vota com object" is. Heck, I'm
probably not even spelling it right. I'm spelling it the way I hear JAWS

I forgot to note, the box I get the error message is running IE 8 and my Win 7
box runs IE9.
