We've put together a preliminary implementation and BIP for
Dandelion, and would love to get your feedback on it. Dandelion is a
privacy-enhancing modification to Bitcoin's transaction propagation
mechanism. Its goal is to obscure the original source IP of each
transaction.
The problem with >100kb transactions isn't that there are a lot of
already-signed transactions out there, or even that there are good use
cases for them, but that such transactions and use cases could exist, and
there is no way of disallowing them without possibly costing someone a lot
of money. Sl

The BIP is described using Chinese and English. If any part is missing or need
more specific, please reply. Forgive for my poor English.
This method will incorporate any upgrade that affects non-mining nodes. They
should beware that the rule has been changed.
