Bit doesn't allow to specify the hour programmed to do the daily backup, it
always programmes it at 0hs.
It would be very useful to be able to change the hour.

Ok ,I ran the compare from the command line.
It all seemed to run fine but terminated with the following message.
rsync error: some files/attrs were not transferred (see previous errors)
(code 23) at main.c(1039) [sender=3.0.6]
I'm backing up around 40GB so quite a lot files I guess but previous

Strange ... it does work for me.
Please do this test from a terminal:
- go to snapshots folder (~/../backintime/$machine/$user/$profile)
- run "du -sh ." to get disk usage by all snapshots
- run "du -sh $snapshot" for each snapshot
If hard-links are used than the first value should be smaller tha
Comparing is done using the command:
rsync -aEAX -i --dry-run --chmod=Fa-w,D+w --whole-file --delete
