As a point of clarification, the Godwit at Exeter is a HUDSONIAN.  In my original post to Ontbirds I stated that it was a PROBABLE Marbled. It turned out to be Hudsonian!  Please excuse the confusion and verify/correct any ebird posts made as a Marbled.Thanks. Rick Thornton,Exeter _

This morning at 09:50 heading NW on Wellington road 8 towards Wellington road 12 I saw a Snowy Owl on the east side of the road on a telephone pole. It was about a kilometre SE of the roundabout on Wellington road 8. Figured it's a pretty rare bird this time of year. Brad Bloemendal _

At 12:30, there is a Willet with a group of G & L Yellowlegs. The "trail" from the s/e corner of the daycare parking lot on Bayly is VERY overgrown. I was the first to crash thru the phrag this year to get to the mud flats. Maybe someone who knows the route could put up some trail marking tape. Si
