The bird appeared in his usual spot at 0715. Currently being seen by a
dozen or so birders.
Go through the red gate at the start of the Marsh Trail, and walk directly
west to the bay (30m from the gate). Step over/around the dilapidated dock,
onto the mud and look to the right (north) low along
Bird still here at Roberta Stewart Wetlands also named MacDonald Park off St
Clair Parkway near Wallaceburg.
Go on 401 to #40 North to Wallaceburg , take Dufferin Road to parkway. Follow
to wetland on river side.

The Reddish Egret near Oliphant continues as of 8:45 AM this morning - we
first saw it behind “Peter’s Pond” on Shoreline Avenue before it flew
slightly further north along the shore.

At 5.30 pm a group of us watched the bird feeding along the edge of the
phragmites for 5-10 minutes
To reach Homestead Park take Essex 50 west from Kingsville. Park and walk to
bridge east of the parking area. Look left about 20 metres away

A few of us have been enjoying over 45mins of clear uninterrupted viewing of
the Purple Gallinule.
Luck or patience is the key to the find.
John R Park Homestead is located at the south end of Iler road and county Rd 50
in Essex county.

Hi Everyone,
The Rondeau Great Kiskadee emerged from its roost tree on schedule this
morning at 7:15 (three minutes before yesterday's time). The past 3 or 4
nights, it has roosted in a large walnut tree just north of the dilapidated
dock at the entrance of the Marsh Trail..directly behind the
Holiday Beach Conservation Area
