BGP peer not established

I am running bird 1.6.6. As shown in the following log messages, I have 2 BGP neighbors configured, but the sessions are not up. I keep getting those connection rejected messages. Anyone knows what’s the cause of it and how to fix it? Thanks in advance, Wei
