It is not possible because RFC5838 requires an IPv4 address in the IPv6 Link
LSA. You cannot do IPv4 unnumbered using link-local because of this
requirement.

I was already using your post as a ref but I didn't found the right way to get
unnumbered addresses on freebsd. I'm still investigating it
My initial expectation however was that it would work the same it does for IPv6
passing the loopback using the local link IP
