I haven't received any feedback about this patch yet.
So I wonder: Have I made any obvious mistake, that is
obvious to everybody, just not me? If so, please be so
kind and let me know, so I can improve things.

We have the same problem with some of our clients. The problem with "add path"
doesn’t look like to come from Bird 1.5.0 but with the connected router.
In our configuration we have this template.
