The Bioconductor Release 3.13 Schedule has been posted and is tentatively
scheduled for May 19th. This date is subject to change depending on the
announced release of R 4.1. Bioconductor 3.13 is dependent upon R-4.1 and CRAN
has yet to make a formal R 4.1 release date. As we want Bioconductor
The Bioconductor Team is continuing to identify packages that will be
deprecated in the next release to allow for the Bioconductor community to
respond accordingly. The list will be updated monthly. This is the current list
