I've reinstalled OpenBabel on the Windows release builder, palomino7. However,
I need additional guidance to set up on Mac ARM64 as it must be compiled. On

Regarding mac arm64, I'm not familiar with that platform, and I don't
have access to it to test on. However, there is an open issue on github
with several folks working with OpenBabel on arm64, they might be able
