I've modified the vignette of my EDASeq package to work with knitr.
Following the guidelines in the BiocStyle vignette, I've added
Suggests: BiocStyle, knitr
VignetteBuilder: knitr
to the DESCRIPTION file and
%\VignetteEngine{knitr::knitr}
to the top of the .Rnw file.
