Hi Jack,
User a.frazee has access to ballgown and j.leek has access to polyester. If
neither one of these is you, the first step is to write bioc-devel and request
access to the packages.
Once you have access, you need to have an SSH Key on file. This is explained

Hey! Sorry to trouble y'all, but I'm the maintainer for the packages
polyester and ballgown.
I don't think my keys are linked up to pushing to those packages and I
was wondering if someone could help me out with that?
