actually, it's a glitch in the mirror between the current svn and
current git mirror of svn. I'll try to fix this today

My bioconductor mirror is gone -
https://github.com/Bioconductor-mirror/timescape returns a 404 now.
Everything else about the package seems to be fine. How do I get it back?
