Dear Bioconductor team,
Hi, thank you for reading my email.
Our package has too many dependencies.
Therefore, we may want to reduce dependencies.
The main reason is that we use
minfi::getAnnotation("IlluminaHumanMethylation450kanno.ilmn12.hg19"). And
minfi package we used has lots of dependencies

Dear bioconductor team,
Recently, I want to upgrade our package EnMCB and add some functions.
However, the functions are based on a GitHub package ("Coxboost")
This package has been removed from CRAN, but I can find it on GitHub(
https://github.com/binderh/CoxBoost)
Therefore, can I depend on this
P.S. It only a bug on windows. It works fine on MacOS and ubuntu.

ERROR: dependencies 'minfi',
'IlluminaHumanMethylation450kanno.ilmn12.hg19' are not available for
package 'EnMCB'
Those dependencies were removed from 3.13 on windows?

that the function cph in cms packages has changed recently which caused the
error.
We changed the function and tested in our environment and submitted it to
