Hello - I am the maintainer for the BioC multtest package, and I have not made
any updates for a long time. Herve and Kurt requested that I make some changes
with how C is called, which are necessary for the upcoming R 4.5.0 release. I
learned that we now use git, rather than svn. I am familiar
We will move to this solution soon. I don’t have git set up for BioC yet. The
last change I made was when we were still on svn. So, to get the fix done
quickly and to allow Yongchao to deal with fixes without an extra step through
me, it would be really great if you could enable commit for him.
Could some one add Yongchao Ge as co-maintainer with me (details below)?
