With many apologies in advance, it appears that SVN and the Git mirror for the
LOBSTAHS package are again out of sync. I really thought I had waited long
enough between commits for the mirror to catch up, but I guess I did not. I
just checked, and all the commits made it successfully in

Two questions regarding the LOBSTAHS package:
1. Dev build seems to be failing (“error”) on toluca2 after I pushed some
updates from our git repository to Bioc svn. Error is:
* installing to library
‘/Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Versions/3.4/Resources/library’
ERROR: dependencies ‘xc
