Hello bioc-devel,
We are preparing an R package that provides analytics services on antigen
receptor (B cell receptor immunoglobulin, BcR IG | T cell receptor, TR)
gene sequence data. It works both as a *shiny* app as well as a *R
command-line tool*. However, biologists in our team use it also as
ed and resubmitted for another review.

Hi bioc-devel,
I was wondering if it's possible to change the *logo *of a package after it
has been submitted to Bioconductor. So far, my package logo is used in
my *shiny
app *tab and in the package vignette. My package is to-be submitted for
review in Bioconductor next week.
