I'm experiencing a similar issue with qpgraph, which is failing on
'nebbiolo1' (ubuntu 24.02) only:

giving the following error when building one of the vignettes:
--- re-building ‘qpgraphSimulate.Rnw’ us
After a package is submitted to Bioconductor it runs on the daily build and not
on demand builds that occurred during the submission process.
I'm not sure which build report you are looking but the devel is still ERRORing
across all platforms with the latest version that is pushed to
git.biocond
