The deadline for fixing packages in preparation for the release is this Friday
October 25th. All packages should be installing, building, and checking without
ERROR in the Bioconductor build report. While you can continue to push changes
past this date, this ensures all changes are reflected in
The Bioconductor Team is continuing to identify packages that will be
deprecated in the next release to allow for the Bioconductor community to
respond accordingly. This is the current list of deprecated packages for Bioc
3.20.
