I have contacted the maintainer of the CoxBoost package (Prof. Harald
Binder with e-mail: bind...@imbi.uni-freiburg.de).
And he is willing to get the package back on CRAN.

CoxBoost was removed from CRAN on 11-11-2020.

We only allow dependencies that are on CRAN and Bioconductor. I would reach
out to the CoxBoost maintainer to see if they will reinstate the package on
CRAN.
