Hi Hervé, Thanks for the clarification; (what I was surprised about was that some say "some" and others said "all", but never mind as things are now back to their usual state). Best, R. On Thu, 22-09-2016, at 19:05, Hervé Pagès wrote: > Hi Ramon, > > The Mac builder morelia is slow and has n

Dear BioConductor community, My package (MADSEQ) passed the build on Linux (*malbec1*) and Mac (*morelia*) build servers. However it fails on Windows (tokay1) server for multiple days. Our package is a Bayesian model depends on JAGS sampler. The error message said "error: Failed to locate any ver

[Bioc-devel] update on devel builds

2016-09-22 Thread Hervé Pagès
Hi developers, zin1 (Linux) and moscato1 (Windows) have now been replaced by new and more powerful machines malbec1 and tokay1, respectively. These new machines run the devel builds: - BioC 3.4 software builds: https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/3.4/bioc-LATEST/ - BioC 3.4 experimental

Hi Ramon, The Mac builder morelia is slow and has not finished yet. Hopefully the badge situation is transient and the badges will automatically update after the build report gets re-generated later today with the results for Mac. Thanks for your patience, H. On 09/22/2016 09:37 AM, Ramon Diaz

[Bioc-devel] platforms "some" on devel?

2016-09-22 Thread Ramon Diaz-Uriarte
Dear All, At least some packages (e.g., ADaCGH2 or OncoSimulR ---two I maintain---, but also a bunch of others), but not all packages, show "some" in the badge for platforms, but the build report does not show explicit failure of the package on Mac and it seems there has been no successful build

Hi Laurent, Are you testing with valgrind? The 'Mismatched free() / delete / delete []' only becomes apparent when using valgrind. i.e. I have a document called mzR_test.R that contains the following code: #--- -

Martin seemed to have fixed the original error, but recovered another one. Do we have a reproducible example with the other error (and did Martin's fix get into mzR) and do we know which platforms it fails on? Best, Kasper On Thu, Sep 22, 2016 at 10:10 AM, Laurent Gatto wrote: > > On 22 Septem

Hi All, Thanks for the help with this. I have been using valgrind to try and pinpoint in my code the problem and it seems to be from mzR::openMSfile(). A simplified bit of code just using mzR I think will give the same results, see below: #
