How many concurrent session By default bind supports. It is restricted the
O/S and hardware resources?

It does depend somewhat on what you mean by concurrent sessions.
Do you mean incoming queries?
Do you mean incoming zone transfers?
Do you mean outgoing zone transfers?
Each is a different tunable.
Ultimately, system-wide file descriptor limits do come in to play, but the zone
transfers listed
