I would so that you only have a single version on the system. That
said only dig, host and nslookup tickle this bug so you could get
away with not upgrading.

Hello,
I have installed bind 9.9.5 on windows (tools only) and when I execute dig,
host or even nslookup, they return output but don't exit so I must break
(Ctrl-C) them.
Did anyone notice such behaviour?
