I know that this kind of implementation isn't be recommended, but I
don't understand that why some DNS servers can answer the record as
normally while another can't.

Sorry for jumping in, so from your information I understand that when I
have updated zone file at the master I should use `rndc reload `
instead `rndc retransfer ` to transfer the new zone file to
other slaves, is it right ?
