we are building up a test environment with W2008R2 Servers registrating
against a bind dns server version 9.6-ESV.
the win-admin gets an error during installation and we can't even
identify the error on our dns server. wireshark traces show no errors
and correct handling.

Security issues!
Usually you only want *trusted* clients to use your server recursively.
And you don't really want to allow *any* fetching your hosted zones for
doing something bad, i.e. getting (unwanted!) infos
over your network and infrastructure.
