Bind9 version 9.17.12 not starting without different DNS server

artup process relies on DNS before itself is serving queries. The last message in the logfile is: named[14264]: managed-keys-zone: Failed to create fetch for DNSKEY update After that the Bind9 process is running but doesn't answer queries. Thanks for any help. -- Regards Dominik The named.

Hi all, By default dig has a query type of A-records. Because I more and more work with IPv6 I would like to change the default behaver of dig to a query type of -records. Can this easily be done (I did not find a switch for .digrc nor another option) or is there a source code change need
