Then run only the system tests by running make check only in the
bin/tests/system directory instead of the top level. Or don’t run the tests at
all - these are mostly meant for development purposes where we have better
control over the build environment.

The netmgr unit tests are not meant to run fully in the CI as some of it are
time sensitive.

Building for Fedora 36, 37 & Rawhide, the builds FAIL randomly/intermittently
here
For example, with no changes to any source/spec, simply triggering rebuilds,
