That zone's pretty messed up. ns1 and ns2.twcable.com always return
REFUSED for 136.142.in-addr.

to not use stdatomic.h (as used in 9.14+), but rather use the old ISC atomic
API that we believed was more compatible with existing user base.

I get a make error when I try to compile Bind 9.12.4-P1 on Solaris 10.
Using same configure file I can compile Bind 9.12.4 successfully on Solaris 10.
